Satchee, I have some DNP T-3 questions that I am sure you can help with. Taking 400mg of dnp (200mg at 2pm and 200mg at 10pm). What time do i take my 25mcg of T-3? Its liquid so do i take it with a meal or hours after a meal?

doesn't matter, just 30 minutes before a meal.

You da man. I've only used t-3 one other time about 4 years ago and I took 25mcg at 8am and 25mcg at 8pm because my trainer told that was the best way. Now i am just using it once a day because I plan on staying on dnp as long as I can stand it.

yeah i'm around but been super busy with the 'job'.
anyhow, good things expected for this winter and ill surely keep y'all updated.

to answer the good bro's question:

ill speculate that taking t3 in the a.m is most beneficial for fat burning.
but i think t3 has a half-life longer than 24 hours so as long as you take it the same time every day you should be ok..

well bro...
50mcg worked well for me...

keep in mind that you have to ramp down for 50mcg down to 25mcg!
although some will say that the ramp isnt necessary for short t3 runs.
