Where to get ckd info?

I know im probably the only person on EF who doesnt know what this is, but could someone point me in the right direction to get complete ckd diet info.

DO as said above: go check out the stickies on this page....
CKD (cyclo-ketonic-diet)...5-6 days Ketosis (no carbs) and 1-2 days carb-up (refeed).
