Where the hell do you find zero-carb milk?

I lookd for this shit but it wasnt at publix? Can someone give me a link to the nutritional facts of an 8oz serving and whre you can find it at. I drink alot of skim milk and I'm sick of being bloated form the lactose.

technically there is no such thing as lactose free milk (well at least in the USA). the additon of the lactase enzyme to the milk only breaks down the lactose to glucose and galactose. the sugars are not removed just pre-digested...

try unsweetened soy like velvett said. very little carb. and good fats. tastes like ass, but what the hey...

(note check the sid eof the carton for nutritonal content. some of the sneaaky people dont use de-hulled soy bean or let it ferment or something and there is carn in there even though it says its unsweetend)
