Where do you guys gain fat?

For me it is my damn lower stomach. You can see the top of my abs even when I bulk though.

I had my bodyfat tested at Golds a couple years ago at 4.6% but my lower abs were still covered.

i don't need to answer your question........you took the words right out of my mouth. its is unreal how stubborn that lower ab fat can be on certain individuals. i think if i were dead and a skeleton........i'd have at least a little fat still down there. :D
 
If you had 4.6%bf, how could you still have fat on your lower abs?:confused: Whats wrong with you? lol!

The only places I have a bit of fat I want to lose is my lower abs, and a tad between my pecs. Everything else is pretty ripped up and veiny.

fat between your pecs? Whats wrong with YOU? LOL I am getting some yohimburn very soon (mainly for slight puffy nips) but I will apply whatever is left over on my lower abs.
 
Four years ago, I was 245lbs with 28% BF. I am now 6 foot and 185lbs at 10% bf. I am very vascular everywhere but I still have extra fat on my love handles and especially my ass. Imagine having a whole defined six pack with love handles. They are not as bad as other people I have seen but they are there and the thing that really kills me are those damn white stretch marks from when I was obese.

PS: I have been getting much leaner these past few months by adding Clenbutrx. I take 5cc's before my empty stomach workout in the morning 4-5 times a week for about 35 minutes at various levels and taking another 5cc's before my workouts at night 4 times a week . I also eat much cleaner and take carbs only post workout (oatmeal, baked potatoes, all bran etc..) with 1000mg of regular ALA. I know in two months I will come down to 175 with about 8% bf. I can then start my Fina, Test, Winny and EQ cycle. Also, a funny thing happened last week. I went to a get together at a old friends house and it was like a high school re-union. They all agreed that me and my friend Carlos have changed the most. We thank everything to a good diet, exercise and juice!!!! I am so bored at home. What was the subject again:)
 
at 4.6% body fat, you should be shredded. Like competition ready. You should have not fat on your lower abs. So that machine they used must have been off. Because anything under 6% and you are pretty much shredded.
 
dude you got your bf% tested and came in at 4.6% and you still had fat - sure it wasn't 14.6%

Yup.
 
I notice it in my love handles, lower stomach and chest. The stomach goes away when I get my body fat really low but the chest/love handles have never gone away completly. I guess I need to get my body fat down lower.
 
I'm just below 8% and I still have it in my lower abs and slightly in my handles. No where else though. The caliper readings were all coming up 6, then on my abs I hit a 16. Sucks.
 
most my fat shows up on my arms and back mostly....my abs stay there all the time...just not as good as when i am dieting.
 
I'm like kalos, I have very little on the stomach, but stubborn fat on the thighs and especially the ass. I think for a guy that is the worst place to get it, I'd rather have roidgut as it seems the stomach is easier to work off than the places I have it!! :p
