Hello all!

I am just curious, what muscle group gives you the greatest pump?


For example my shoulders REALLY get pumped... My chest on other hand never gets seriously pumped...

so what about you?
 
my lower back or legs would have to be the answer to that one

well.... besides the one muscle you didnt list up there......... but i guess that one really doesnt apply here........
 
quads by far,they are the biggest muscle group when they get pumped you know it,recently ive had great bi pumps due to site injections
 
I will definitively have to say my biceps!

After I finish my arms routine, they feel like they can not hold one more drop of blood and the veins look like they are going to explode! Feels good though :D

squats and front squats push the most amount of blood into my quads. If your doing them the right way your quads should be bursting at the seams.
 
Definately biceps and forearms for me, although i got a wicked pump in my quads on my leg workout this week, it was awesome, they looked hyoooge:) for a little guy anyway :( :D
Shouldn't think i'll get any good pumps for a while cos i'm experimenting with a low carb diet for cutting.. :bawling:

I don' t know why, but my quads get pumped up like crazy. After a few sets of squats or leg presses (hell even leg extensions) they feel like they are going to burst, and I walk all funny. I guess its genetic cause my quads are probably my best bodypart, and I don't have to work them half as hard as the rest of my muscles to get them to grow.
 
My wang. It gets pumped in the morning. I don't have to do anything, I just wake up and boom... pumped. Hard to pee though.

I have to agree with warblade. The difference in size between my unpumped weiner and when it is really pumped up is dramatic.
