Most of the time it is old people that are home and pick up the phone .
Here is what a typical call sounds like .

Operator - Hello would you take part in our survey
Old lady - why sure young fella, my husband died and my kids are all out of state glad you called me today I really need to talk to someone.
Operator - How do you feel about Social security benefits being cut and your medicare being slashed in half .
Old lady - What I don't want that to happen
Operator - Well mam that is what Mccain is trying to do as well as raise your taxes
Old lady - OMG that is insane I have had enough of that Mccain guy
Operator - So you will vote for Obama
Old lady - Well sir you know he is a negro , I cant vote for a negro. At one time my Daddy owned negros
