champ, i was referring to "cheap" digital scales. Sure if he spent 300 dollars or so he could get a set graduated in the hundredths of a gram, but not for a cheap price. For a "cheap" price, the triple beam balance is better, shit i'd take it anyday over a digital for measuring "powders". and its not "analog" either, its a cantilever scale. In other words for less than 200 dollars, a beam balance is far more accurate and easier to work with. Plus, it never need batteries and is not effected by moisture
