good response but also i mean last time u can remember, like a given time such as "when i read about the kid being lost from the camp" or something and then the analysys such as "i got a soft spot for kids"

Tonight on Extreme Makeover Home Edition, they had a little girl who had cancer and had the most positve attitude, I hate to see children in pain.

About six years ago when the doctors told us my dad might have ALS (Lou Gehrigs disease) that would have meant that my dad had less than six months to live. Fuck I'm tearing up just remembering that day. Luckily he did not have it, I just can't imagine my dad not being around.

J/K bro. I know. I broke my arm in football. It broke in half. I was a 100lb freshman. A few of the older players threw up.lol.

hmmmm...a year and a half ago.

When I surprised my family by coming getting out of the Army early. I walked through the door X-mas day and they started balling. Then I shed a few tears, too. They had no idea I was coming home.
 
Last year when I was watching the OC. Stupid Oliver was screwing up everything. Marissa was walking right into it.
God, I hate that Oliver kid...

a couple of days to a week ago because i was frustrated with some asshole who keeps disrespecting me........
 
Friday....My son, his wife and my grandson left for Hawaii. Will be gone three years. He is active duty Air Force. I drove down to New Orleans and spent most of the day with them. When we said or good-bye I teared up pretty good. My youngest son leaves Tuesday for the Navy. He is headed to Great Lakes Il. I feel another good one coming on....

Why do you allow anyone to "keep" disrespecting you.

The 1st time, it's on them, the second time it's on you.
 
About every 8 -12 months. Stress relief. I'm the rock at my place so everyone comes to me. I have no one to vent to. I'll see what it's like after bein on here for a year. My new therapy LOL.

its proven that crying is actually good for you...its hard as hell to cry but even getting one or two tears off can make u feel ALOT better

Yep, a couple minutes in the shower & I'm good for another year.
 
a few weeks ago,knowing someone cared when I was beat down and thought hope was lost, it meant alot to me and that person knows it.

my biggest problem is I ball up my emotions and anger and finally break down
 
Cry? Hell, I can't even remember it has been so long, but I did get misty just last night...

I was at a wedding, my friend, who is 40, finally got married. The bride is late 30's as well, so thier parents are all in their 70's...Anyway, the bride's dad is in a wheelchair (He lost a leg a long time ago), and to my surprise, they did the father/daughter dance.

She was leaning in behind him in his chair with her face next to his, one hand over his chest which he held, and her other hand on the armrest. His free hand was on one wheel, which he slowly moved back and forth to slowly dance with his daughter. It was done with love and dignity.

My wife cried...I was definately misty.
