When's best to take all these pills?

Currently I'm taking:

CLA (8 pills)
multivitamin
b-complex
zinc
vit E
salmon oil
Vit C

flax oil (1 tbsp)
whey shake

I've been taking the whey and flax oil together after my workout, but so far with everything else, I'm not sure when is the best time for them.


Oh yeah, I'm male, 195lbs, 27yrs old, 6' tall. I'm basically trying to lose the gut while building muscle. Over the last 2 months it's been working great, i've lost 1 1/2" on my stomach and muscles are getting big.

Any suggestions would be appreciated and if you recommend anything not on the list let me know.

I personally like my multi, vit E, Vit C, in the morning, and b-complex in the middle day with my 3rd meal, and zinc, fish and flax oil i take one meal usually 2 hours before my workout and then after the workout its whey shake! I do not take CLA although i have heard you should take it prior to workout to help the body use it as fuel.
