When you're short on sleep, do you....

keep robbing yourself of it night after night or make a point of getting a full night's sleep, even if it means only having 3 or so hours of chill time?

I find myself day after day saying I'll get more sleep or take a nap after work every morning when I wake up yet I never do until the weekend. I probably average 5 hours of sleep a night during the week, and find it hard to cut my downtime short in favor of a full night's sleep. I figure if I'm exhausted I'll sleep early, but it's a balancing act to say the least. Sleeping in on weekends is right up there with sex and pumpkin pie though. Hell, merely thinking of all three of those together could give me a boner.

Well, pretty close at least. :)

I never really catch up,I get up for work at 530 and sometimes dont get home until 8pm and then I need the mandatory chill time to do little things I enjoy or I go fucking nuts ,and say Ill take it easy on the weekends, but then I end up going out all the time and getting in at 3-4am and getting up around 9-10, except sunday,id say sunday night I get 7hours of sleep, the rest of the week 4-5

I'm about ready to go  now; goodnight all of you.

I usually get 3 hours at home and try to get atleast 2 hours at work. When I fall behind on getting my 2 hours at work and then only having 3 hours at home .... I usually spend my first day off catching up.I usually sleep about 16 hours on my fist day off of work.

i make time always to catch up or get well rested...you dont even want to know me if im sleep deprived...

When I had earlier classes or was working, I'd usually wake up, tired as all hell, and tell myself I was taking a nap when I got home or going to bed early that night so I wouldn't feel like that again the next day, but I always ended up staying up late, and telling myself the same thing the next day... and the next... And then sleeping in laaate come the weekend.

Right now my schedule allows me to stay up later/sleep in. I'm not much of a morning person.
