What do you do when you have a workout that sucks for whatever reason?
I got a wicked pain in my quadricep yesterday while doing lunges. I finally gave up and ended up just doing 4.5 exercises out of 12 planned. Bah. Since I do legs on Friday or the weekend, should I fit in an extra leg day early in the week to make up for what I missed, or just chalk it up as a crappy workout and live with it?
And, as you can see from my avatar... I need to work out my glutes quite a bit.
