When your approval rating is down, bash the gays

Promoting/preserving traditional marriage is not akin to gay-bashing, and Bush has been consistent on this issue all along, not just now. Kerry on the other hand...FLIP/FLOP/FLIP/FLOP

He will be forced to make a stand and he will no doubt screw it up

So explain to me how amending the constitution is making sure 'all Americans have a right to be heard in this debate'............

and explain how his desire to 'preserve the sanctity of marriage' is not religious in nature.....

1st question: The answer can be found in your high school civics textbook.

2d question: It IS religious in nature.

1st answer: I see, so you will have a national vote on whether Americans wish to see their constitution bastardized? No? Then 'American voices' have not been heard....

2nd answer: Thank you for reinforcing my point....

There are video clips of him specifically stating that gay marriage should be an issue for individual states to decide. No he has flip flopped as you call it.

That was Dick Cheney. Wrong again.

Bush needs to go back to Texas.... permanently. :verygood:

Fortunately most voting Americans believe he should wait 4 more years before doing that. Then he'll go back to Central Texas and build his library.

Fortunately, you are wrong. Kerry has not even started his campaign by any means and they are still tied in the polls, despite the millions Bush has already spent.

Poor Bush. Wakes up and today gay marriages have taken place already. All he can do is whine about it.

Kerry has been campaigning since last November. Anyway, we'll see what kind of position he takes on the Gay Marriage issue---and if he changes his mind before the election based on polls.
