how do you measure your bf%

  • I go by what others tell me I am

I thought they were also the most accurate, reading the above post, now not so sure.

As was originally explained, you need to measure the fat we see ( that is my medical definition)
and the fat surrounding your organs, When you are lean that internal fat starts to go also.


Anyway it use to be around 30 or 40 bucks for a dunking.

Actually it is too darn cold be dunked, wait until February and it warms up.

CSULB does dunking at their kinesiology dept for $20. :)
 
Im in the process of getting back in shape.
So i bought one of those bodyfat scales.
Im 5' 10" 212 lb wear 36" pants and it said I was 28.5%
Now im not veiny but come on THAT CANT BE RIGHT!!!
needless to say it has still given me a complex.
in fact I plan to post a pic just to get some feedback so ill ask for the
"Official Elite Survey Method" then ill really know what it is.

the electronic scale says im 26% i get dunked im around 14-16% depending on time of year. electronic scales etc dont work well for more dense muscle people
