I've had a shitty day @ my job and I learned, 5 minutes from the weekend, than next week will be terrible
So, when I got in the gym I wanted

To lift heavy weights
Since I didn't want to have blood spots on my T shirt I opted for the 2nd solution and I had the best workout in weeks
I didn't even have to warm-up I was already hot as hell
Conclusion :
Thank your boss/colleague that piss you off all day long, they actually help you be stronger
