When did EF come up online? How did some of you hear about it??? i stummbled upon it..but was this site advertised in the beggining?? just curious....

It was started back in the early 70's. Back then the board operated via the US mail. You had to mail your post to all the different members and they would respond if it interested them. Then you would mail back and forwards until the topic died. The invention of the internet really helped speed things up.

EF has been around since 1996, but the name changed in '99 to reflect the changing time ("Awesome BBS of Penile Enlargement" just wasn't cutting it anymore).

Actually, that was when it went to shit and almost declared bankruptcy. It was revived by an influx of stellar members in 2003.
