When to use HCG?

6' 3" 245 40y/o @15% bf

5 cycles before, 200 mg cyp/week (lightest), 250 mg test/ 450 deca/ 200 winny per week (heaviest)

Doing a 10-weeker at 400 mgs/week.

I used to do 1,000 units of HCG 10 days after my last shot for 10 days in a row.

Now the thinking is to use HCG mid-cycle instead.

When and how much HCG to shoot under the new paradigm?

i'd do 500iu 2xEW starting at week 5

aromasin on hand to fight off estrogen related sides

if you get symptoms take 10mg masin with each HCG dose

cut back on the masin if your joints get dry

I do 250iu twice a week from week 3 - not had any atrophy 11 weeks in. Also take 10mg aromasin with each dose as Swole said

as an example i am running 250mg testoprin every 5 days with 3 iu's gh ed and 50mg winny ed. i have 3, 5000 iu amps of hcg. i'm running 10mg nolva ed and .5mg liquidex eod. when do i start the hcg???? in cycle? after cycle ends? i'm not running that much aromatizing test to worry about shutting down SINCE i'm running the nolva and adez in cycle am i? this is my key question....

and since a 5000 iu hcg shot seems like a lot if i inject only 500 iu's, which is 1/10th of the amp, will what i don't inject preserve and be ok to inject later? i leave it in the syringe? in the fridge?

i understand how crucial pct is, but it seems to get more confusing every day. nolva, adex, hcg...what more do i need for such a simple, basic cycle? thanks for any info and for any bros who can clear this up!

I usually wait until I feel some atrophy setting in and then start at 250ius x twice weekly. This is typically around week 4-5 for me and then run all the way through cycle like that and into PCT. I have also done the other way with hitting the 500ius 10 days straight after cycle completed and this does also work but best way is during cycle as makes recovery a little easier.

To bondurant I think your running too much on cycle for combating estrogen unless you know your really prone but a combination of both Nolva and a-dex is not usually warranted espeically at the dose of Test your on. I would think .25mgs a-dex EOD would be ample. If you drive estrogen too low it will inhibit your gains.

As to your HCG quandry what I tend to do is make a whole batch and then draw each dose into a slin pin and leave them like this in the fridge and then there ready to go come injection time.

i do between 3-500 (hate slin pins so i guess a bit) every 5 days after week 3-5 depending on the gear
