When to take D-BOL

Proberbly going to run 30-40mg ed of D-BOl. Im not familar with when to take it. Need some advice on what time of day to take and how to split it up enenly.

Take 1 tab every 3-4 hours through out the day

I'll add to that... because is has a short half-life it's best to take it like Mustang has said... also take it with meals. Make sure that your diet is correct i.e High Preotein foods otherwise you'll be waisting your time.
