when to switch routines???

hi,just done 8 weeks of needsize 5x5,,,should i continue with 5x5 and switch over the exercises or move to a 3x10 for a month,then back to 5x5?
 
If you are still progressing don't switch.

If something is working, why in the world would you stop doing it (ie. "switch it up")???
