I disagree with the whole "lose more bodyfat before you juice" argument.
If someone has been training naturally to get bigger they WILL get fat in the process, it's called BULKING. And it is WAY harder to gain naturally and stay lean.
There are far too many bros on here willing to knock the fatter lads down because they have lower bodyfat, even when there are so many guys on here that arent that big at all but are juiced out of their heads but think it's okay because they have abs!!
I see so many posts where people ask which fat burner is best and about 10 people jump in and say DIET DIET DIET. We know that, and DIET DIET DIET is the damn answer that a lot of the people on here should get when they post up their big ass cycles with almost no training experience.
This is not directed at anyone in particular but I think double standards may be starting to emerge. Sorry if I have come over as an ass but I just don't think it's fair that we knock bro's down for trying to juice at a high bf%. I will say, however, if you're going to juice at that bf then make sure you dial your diet in and do it properly - lose excess bf and replace it with LBM.
