I currently train 4x a week with the following split:
Mon - Chest
Tue - Back
Wed - Off
Thu - Legs/Shoulders
Fri - Arms
Based on this when would you say I should incorporate abs? I used to train 5x a week so I'd do abs on Mon/Wed/Fri but now it's gone down to 4x a week, I can't really think when would be the best day to do abs. I suppose I could still do Mon/Wed/Fri but I prefer to do abs whilst I'm waiting between sets, e.g. when I do Bench Press I'll be waiting 2 mins or so until my next set and during that time I'll do some weighted crunches etc. This saves time during the workout & keeps my heartrate going.
