I`ll be 36 in <a month. I`ve had very little problems so far until last year when I started getting 4-6 hours sleep because of my 2 year old. My body is`nt the same anymore. I`m planning on overcoming that though. I was VERY close to just quitting the whole lifting weights thing many times in the past year.
I still feel I have`nt hit my peak yet. Until I get that, I won`t be satisfied. Even when I stop weights, I`ll do some type of exercise like running or cardio of some kind, at least.
It sucks to be out of shape and I plan on never being that way. Plus fucking is so much better.
