AAP Plat Hero Platinum May 31, 2006 #1 and they are .jpg extensions... why does my computer only allow me the option of saving them as .bmp types? I have to go into Photoshop, open them and resave them as .jpgs. Why is this? It happens with nothing else but email (hotmail.)

gotmilk New member May 31, 2006 #2 usually, I open my MS paint..copy the pic with right click...paste in paint..save it as jpg. Windows XP never fixed the problem

jnuts New member May 31, 2006 #3 Guys.... it means the cache on Internet Explorer is full. It's a documented bug. Clear the cache, reload IE and you are good. That will be $50, thank you.
