there was another mod who wasn't pleased about it. he has since apologized about giving me a hard time, and said i've proven him wrong and a few other nice things.
i had actually forgotten the whole thing a long time ago, mostly because he wasn't an ass about it at the time and i don't hold a grudge, but it did make me feel good to make ammends anyway.

life is too short to let negativity rule you anyway.

so... say something nice to someone on EF who wouldn't expect to get it from you. lets hear it.

i have perused it a few times, but shadow and i have different techniques- he is more of a bodybuilder than i am and subsequently have different views on some things. for that forum- his views would be more popular and probably more correct, since strength is my goal and not the goal for most of the women.
