Today, I did squats. I warmed up with 135X10, then 185X10, 205X10, 225X6, 225X7. These are all breaking parallel. I made sure to focus on that today b/c when I was moving up to 245 the last week I wasn't able to go down all the way, so I moved back down.
Last week, I had cut out leg presses b/c it was putting too much stress on my lower spine. So, I ended up just doing 6 sets of squats. I planned on doing 6 sets today but i started to feel like shit I had to sit down and catch my breath.
I thought about toughing it out, but I just knocked out 2 sets of leg presses instead(it put a lot of stress on my spine again). So my question is, when you guys are feeling queezy, do you man up and finish your sets? Or do you listen to your botty and maybe take extra rest?
