When does Nolvaldex kick in

I`ve been using nolvaldex for one week now. 40mg day 1-3 20mg day 4-8. I have a little lump under the left nipple, its a bit sore but no itch.

At this time im only using Clomid and Nolvaldex, just finished 10 weeks of 500mg of sust and 30 mg of d-bol week 1-6.

If u already have a lump it wont go away the nolv will just stop it from getting bigger.

What is the next step then, would really like to get rid of it

itching, burning or tenderness can be halted with nolvadex or liquidex.

the lump will not go away withous surgery as far as i know. it wont get bigger as long as its looked after but i think you cant "erease" it with out surgery.

you can remove the apuffy ness with yohimburn. do a search on it if not familiar.
