What time of day do you work out?

For me it depends on my schedule.

I work rotating shifts, so I'm in there in the mornings one week, and nights the next.:(
 
Yeah - I'm with you - it depends largely on my schedule....or if I'm cutting or bulking...

When cutting, I prefer working out in the morning for some reason....and when I bulk I like to hit the weights later in the day....
 
I try to go on my way home from work at 3pm the gym is not crowded so I can do what ever I want scratch myself, grunt real loud, practice ripping off my shirt like Hogan, or cry like a little girl when I see someone putting up more weight than me all the usual stuff :D
 
afternoons. not enough energy in the morning for weights :) not unless i desparetly need to get a workout in.

I had been working out early in the morning up untill 2 weeks ago, now I go after work and I think I may like it better.
 
I used to go in the mornings(5:30). It was good for my schedule but I didn't feel fully awake. I get up and go to work now and wait until late evening after dinner. The gym is slightly crowded but I'm feeling more into what I'm doing.
 
Well, the bar closes at 2 a.m, so sometime after getting out of IHOP, which usually takes another hour or so. And then I have to ditch HS's gay ass, w/o even a good night kiss. He's fast (must be the little legs), but not as fast as my soap box car. So usually around 4:30 a.m. or so.
 
Usually from 8-9:30 or so..by the time I get home from work, cook dinner, clean up, and get miscellanous stuff finished, it's 8pm

Works for me though..
 
I wish I could go in the morning but I've yet to actually get up at 4am to do so. Occasionally I set the alarm for 4 in hopes that I'll wake up feeling inspired....but I haved experienced that as this point.

I generally go after work-- but I get off work at 3 so it's not too busy when I get there. I usually work out on Saturday early afternoons and Sunday mornings too.

I've done that a couple times.

I think that I ended up sleeping through most of my workout.:D

My journal had entries in it, so I must have worked out.:sleep2: :D
 
I am one of those *cough* lucky few who work the graveyard shift. I also teach aerobics right away in the AM. So I usually complete my workout between classes. I also take my dog running every afternoon or if I am lucky enough to have the night off, in the evening.

6:30 in the morning...and it's pretty cool to have the gym to myself....none of that soft rock crap on the radio.
