When do you take your GH?

Reason I ask is cause I want to take mine first thing in the morning at 5:00AM. Only problem is I need to hit the gym first thing and usually carb up as soon as I wake up so I have energy for an intense workout. I cut my carbs after 4:00PM.

I know GH should be taken on a empty stomach but considering I need to carb up and can't wait 45 minutes as I have a business to run. What would you suggest? Thanks for your advice if I get any responses that is...

I take my HGH when I wake for the day and again PWO. For you this fits your criteria easily.
 
well only issue is I need to carb up immediately upon waking up in order for an intense workout and according to research I have to wait an hour to be safe with blood sugar levels. It will be to late to workout at that point cause of work. Maybe I am better off taking it 2 hours after breakfast around 10:00AM on days I workout. Who knows...

in my unprofessional opinion I think taking it after you workout would probably be best anyway b/c GH is only active for about 4 hours and you want your IGF levels to be highest when you are recovering from your workout. Taking it at 10 wouldn't be a bad idea if you are trying to maximize muscle growth.
 
Maybe i'll do first thing AM when i don't train early and 10:00AM when I workout first thing in the morning... or do I need to be consistent in my doses?
 
I have to take it at night.
Otherwise I get tired during the day..
