When do you need HRT?

I have had very low test levels but recently had another test done and it came back at 504 NG/DL on a scale between 241-827. Last year the highest was 251. By the way I am 35 and have always been very active. When should someone start the HRT?

If I were you, I'd start it now! You really have nothing to lose. At most -- you'd speed up your hairloss, but you could easily control that with Propecia.

I'm only 23, but I started HRT with levels like yours (I'm in the 300's naturally.)
