I'm on day 15 of 300 mgs a day with a few 600 mgs a day thrown in if I don't have a busy schedule that day. I take mine in the morning, and if I'm doing a 600 mg day the next in the early afternoon. If I take it near bedtime I might as well just stay up because theres no way to sleep for me when I'm sweating all over everything. BTW, this is my first low dose schedule and I must say I will NEVER go back to 600-800 mg every day ordeals. On 300 a day I feel O.K. and am actually able to work, workout, and function as a human. Something I could never do on 800 mgs a day. I actually spent a whole weeks vacation one time sitting in front of the fan with the AC on just so I could drop some weight. Damn was my girlfreind pissed!
