When did non-plats get an upgrade?

I haven't been on EF for a while and I noticed some upgrades to what we can do/see. I noticed we can go into Plat Chat now, we can see signatures and uploaded pictures, and after this post I'm going to check to see if I can look at my gallery.

When did George make this upgrade? And what others did I miss?

I'm going to wear my EF t-shirt to the gym today in honor of this occasion.
