for those of us old enough to remember geena had a real movie career going for her in the 80s. she starred in a string of good movies where she was usually cast as the goofy but loveable babe in such movies as tootsie, the fly, beetlejuice, and thelma and louise.

in the early 90s she inexplicably decided to became a female action star in the vein of bruce willis and schwarzanneger. this ended up destroying her movie career.
