i follow the same meal plan every day getting my needs, howeever i see on peoples threads they say like i am eating like crazy. when bulking should i just meet my needs of protein and carbs and calories and not worry if i eat pizza or something around and even if it isnt that good eat it, as long as im gettin my protien and carb needs? go look at www.teamflex.com and look at the nutritional info section about flex wheelers input on bulking, is this really waht u should do? he says he eats like tacos, pizza...
