When a company invites you for a Human Resource interview......?

I passed the initial interview. Now they are inviting me to talk to Human Resources. What can I expect? Is just a format interview to welcome me to the company, or its like another test? Anyone been through this?

It seems like more and more that companies are going over to the two interview system. Usually the first interview is done by a lower level manager or department head, if you make it through that then they will set you up with HR. What this does is weed out the blokes who have good resumes, but are actually idiots and shouldn't be allowed to breed, without having to waste HR's time.

i like to put my stats on all my resumes. that way there's no initial shock when I go for the interview.

If you're going in for a second interview to get a job it's probably a good thing. If you're already working for the company, then we'll say "you had a meeting with the Bobs".

hmm, usually I meet with HR first.....and they will usually just go through your resume, ask you some general questions about it....maybe give an overview of their company and benefits, maybe talk about your salary.

Just came home. It was much more difficult than the first one, and he definetely asked me very specific questions about my dedication.

Jerkbox yea he asked about salary and I just said give me whatever lol

after passing the drug screen and physical and then the aptitude and some other type of psychological test

i got the interview and did well, i had just one more interview and could'nt remember that I had wrote on the application that I had worked for another company that had since gone bankrupt

i worked for the company for 4 yrs but put on the app. that i had worked there for 5 to cover for the yr that i had taken to fuck off and that bitch nailed me
