wassup?
This is my first real post, just thought i'd introduce myself, i'm gsxr600, long time lurker first time poster.
I've been training for about 5 years but have been fairly active my whole life. recently started getting intrested in BB. Due to a recent neck injury I'm taking time off from my regular regimen (for kickboxing) and going into a mass building phase.
I'm currently on a 6 on 1 off schedule.
back, bicepts, and shoulders
followed by
a day of legs,
and then,
chest and tri's
Then back to day 1 and so forth.
I'm currently on a high protein diet, I'll do something like low carbs for 6 days then carb up really big for 1 day, normally my recovering day (today).
I look forward to chatting with yall, because this is a really intelligent board, and the atmosphere is mostly positive, (havent checked out the anabolic forum yet though
) compared to other boards out there.
