Delts...I couldn't train them directly for three months earlier this year after I slipped on some black ice at the train station and came down on my right shoulder...if I hadn't been wearing a backpack that took some of the hit, I'd probably have dislocated it. Moral of the story is that in the northeast in the winter, you should pay attention to what you're doing and not be thinking about how much you wanna nail the chick who was sitting next to you for the last hour. Of course, sometimes, you just can't help that...:p

Also abs, I guess, not sure since I can't see them...YET...
 
Isn't funny how the bodyparts people cant see (back and hams) haven't got any votes yet? My calves are crap but I have an excuse......Im 197cm tall.
 
Thats crazy that chest is so high I never woulda guessed anyone would have had a problem with growing their chest.. I guess because mine has always exploded..

It used to be chest, then i hammered it. Now it's shoulders. THey do not want to grow. Hammering or no hammering, tried everything. I have big chest, big arms, and my shoulders are just not getting wide enough for the frame. It's really pissing me off. I'm thinking about going lighter on other body parts and hitting the shoulders harder as well as upper back for width. It's frustrating man.
 
my legs are starting to come around after the destroyed knee. Two operations and a still completely torn ligament dont help but doing stuff with them the doctor said I would never be able to do. Shit he told me I would need the ligament repaired or walk with a brace for the rest of my life and I get around just fine and I thank strengthening my leg muscles for that so they are coming back up to speed.

I would have to say my calves simply just suck. They suck they suck they suck and no matter what I do or what I try they still suck god damn it......... but.. but I aint mad though.
 
Hands down - SIDE DELTS!.... THEY SUCK! I have seen improvement overall but I am having a bitch of a time getting them to come out..

Number 2 - I have like ZERO peak to my bis. My arms are a good size (because my tris are as superior as my bis are INFERIOR).

Number 3 - My legs have come a loooooong way baby, but still need some work. I have good calves and hams, my quads are ok...they just all need a bit more developement.

DELTS evertime i train them hard they hert and i wake up in the middle of the night with totaly numb arms they are like dead weight ?
Just doing rotary cuff exercises until next year when i start my next cycle and then there are going to grow if it kills me if i can bring my delts up and drop some body fat i think i might just be happy

My quads are spaghetti. Yet, my hams are actually decent because of all the deads and stiff legged deads I do. I got some fucked up lookin' legs.:bawling:
 
Tricepts

My Tri's and legs are the two Bodyparts that Lag behind. I am working out Tricepts Twice a week now. I am really making them Bleed. I hope it helps.
 
Calves and hams,funny enough my quads are quite good,i got my legs up to 27iches with non existant hams.Just can't seem to feel hams when i train them.
 
Calves are my lagging bodypart. Legs are pretty good, but they look like chicken legs because of my calves. I have tried everything to get these things to grow, next stop Synthol!?
