Whats your workout Routine?

How many days a week do you go?
How many diff excersizes per body part?
How many sets/.reps?
How much weight do you add on per set?
How much rest time between sets?
Cardio?
 
Mon- Back (16sets)
Tue- Chest (16sets)
Wed- REST
Thu- Legs (15sets quads/10sets hammy's)
Fri- Shoulders, abs (12sets shoulders, 9 sets abs)
Sat- Arms, Calves (9sets bis'/tris, 12sets calves)
Sun- REST

No cardio.

I rest three to five minutes between sets. I do 3-4 exercises per muscle...depending on the muscle. My rep range is between 4-8. Never higher than eight. For the heavy compounds(bent rows, bench, deads, squats) I go as low as 2-4 reps.
