Whats your take on t3 and clen cycle only?

did it help you really trim down? if so how much mcg must be taken and for how long? Do i need to cycle it with test or can I just cycle it alone?

I've just want to trim down completely. I was able to keep 5 lbs of muscle from my test and dbol cycle but no matter how well my diet is I can not trim my BF percentage without losing my muscle mass. I orginally had 10 lbs from the cycle of muscle but since I change my diet i lost the other 5 lbs and lost strength.
 
my experience with it is you will lose muscle.. period, even taking 40mg var wasn't enough to stop the loss of muscle size..

it comes back but what's the point..

a better way for me anyway is to do a lower dose 80mcg no clen... and low dose of test 300mg week
 
I have been trying to tell people for years that albuterol is far superior to clen... Again I have to keep saying this shit in every thread almost every time I post. Just because people keep regurgitating the same shit over and over again does not make it true.. Now you will see people try to tell you that clen is Anti catabolic and then they will site a study on cows. If they bothered to do the math and conversion on that study they would see that the dose of clen used on the cows if converted to human dosing it would be doses high enough to kill even me and I live off stims..

Read the above thread.

The point here would be to run both T3 and Albuterol. Then also run a nutrition practitioner that will quickly drive needed carbs and nutrition into the muscles. Than Also combine this with Gear 3 caps a day with 5 meals. Also making sure that you are eating at least 6 times a day with protein in every meal.. That is how you can prevent the muscle lose when using the T-3 and not having to add a steroid.. I personally feel it would be much more easy to do with a steroid tossed in there. If you are afraid of the needle then you can use Katanadrol and or helladrol both stack perfectly with all of the above.

So you have a few options but I will law out the Helladrol+katanadrol+albuterol and T3 cycle for you...

1-6 Helladrol 75mg every day
1-6 katanadrol 200mg every day
1-6 N2guard 7 caps every day
2-6 bridge 1 cap 3 times a day
1-6 albuterol (see note 1)
1-6 T3 ( see note 2)
6-12 forma-stanzol 5 pumps in the morning and 5 pumps at night
for the first 4 weeks than taper down to 3 am and 3 pm for the last 2 weeks.
4-8 forged post cycle 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps at night.
8-12 N2BM-DAA or Powerchews DAA ( otional)

Albuterol is so much better then clen. It causes less side effects and it works better. It also prevents muscles catabilism unlike clen which causes it..

You want to start out with 3mg 3 times a day and then add a 3mg dose every 3 days..Once you reach 6 3mg doses a day you stay at this level until its over. So it would look like this..

Days 1 3mg morning noon and night
Day 2 3mg morning noon and night
Day 3 3mg morning noon and night
Day 4 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 5 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 6 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 7 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 8 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 9 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 10 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 11 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 3mg 8pm
Day 12 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 6mg 8pm
Day 13 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 6mg 8pm
Day 14 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 6mg 8pm
Day 15 6mg 8am 3mg 12pm 6mg 8pm
Day 16 6mg 8am 6mg 12pm 6mg 8pm
Once you reach 3 6mg doses stay at this level for up to 6 weeks.
No need to taper down just come off.


Note 2
When using T-3 for you want to start out at a dose
of 15mcg every day. Then ramp up 12.5mcg every 3 days
till you reach a dose of 75mcg every day. Stay at that does for 3 to 4 weeks and
then ramp down in the same way you ramped up. Keep in mind
you want to split your doses up into 2 or 3 doses a day. Example
Day 1-3 15mcg every day
Day 4-7 15mcg twice a day Morning and Afternoon
Day 8-10 15mcg 3 times a day Morning, Afternoon, and night
Day 11-13 30mcg Morning. Then 15mcg Afternoon and night
Day 14-16 30mcg Morning and After noon. 15mcg Night
Day 17-19 30mcg Morning, afternoon, and night
Stay at a dose of 30mcg morning, afternoon, and night
for 4 weeks and then start to ram down the same way you ramps up. Taking away 12.5mcg every day.

You can ramp up as high as 120-160mcg a day if you are a
large person 210lb or above and or you have a lot of experience using this drug. You can also stay on T-3 for up to 4-6 months and then ramp off and not have much trouble so long as you follow my advice.

When on T-3 you want to run between 950mg and 1.5g of
tautine a day. You can get this from ether using St8 tautine or
many supplements like muscle replisher

After you have come off on the T-3 you must
do a T-3 pct to help recover normal Thyroid

never a fan of clen.. maybe ill try albuterol.

Im just curious how much more effective it is then just a good diet/training program by itself?

Can I expect 10% more fat loss? 20%? more? I guess there is really only one way to find out.
 
^^^ ran clen once out of curiousity, started getting some ridiculous heart burn once i increased my dosage to over 80mcg's... stopped it.. it continued for about 3 days then went away. i read that clen's half life is about 3 days so that definately was the culprit. i vowed to just hit the track a bit more instead.

oh and to the OP that would be a fast way to lose a lot of muscle. if you are desperate to lose weight there are better ways.. clen and T3 are just temporary fixes. DIET DIET DIET and exercise.
 
clen is really strong stuff. i had 40 mcg tabs, i took 1 tab a day, then took 80 mcg. my body temperature felt like it "up'ed" 10 degrees within about 30-45 minutes. my body, was really hot. sweaty, i was energized tho. really good energy. but, you WILL lose muscle and strength. i lost over 25 lbs on it tho. amazing stuff, i went from 19% bf to around 8%. which is really good, considering i come from an overweight family. i've never ran t3 tho. scary stuff i hear
 
only thing i would add is to consider the risks and consequences if you start taking t3 and playing around with your thyroid...
 
I ran test alone at 500ew with exact maintenance calories, ran 3x a week lifted a lil lighter with more exercises and reps. Going into week 8 i had the best looking set of abs I've ever had.
Even my bottom abs were completely flat ( which is not typical for me) I've always had trouble with that bottom 1.
I can't be the only person who does this??????
 
^^^ no you aren't alone, I am running a similar cycle right now although having dinner at 3 separate locations around Xmas in 2 days and being fed less than desireable things screwed me up.. but i will get things back in order

also something like forged burner in the morning will do a good job of murdering your appetite for the day.

both better options than clen for sure. i would only use clen or T3 if you are comping for a shoot or a competition. its totally not necessary
