the snuggle shite
and my secret for dewrinkling on the road is the dewrinkler shite, the spray
works like a champ

I never bother to separate whites and colors anymore. I just do a load as soon as my pile of dirty clothes is big enough.

I never use fabric softener, I hate that greasy texture and cloying smell.

ummmmm....those rubber balls are supposed to go in the WASHER. :worried:

quiet and deep cleaning.

I like to use Woolite on darks,

but simple green gets anything out without really hurting the colors of your clothes

Cheaper detergent will suck the color out of your clothing and make them look old and worn really fast. Remember, not all detergents are created equal. Spend a few dollars and it will save you money as your clothing will last longer.

Hyrdrogen peroxide gets out blood stains (even old set ones). Pour some on the stain before you throw into the machine, let is bubble up, rub it a bit then wash.

If you get spots on white w/colors just put bleach on a Q-tip and dab until the stain fades, rinse then put in the wash.

Either hand wash delicates (shampoo or liquid hand soap will do) or put them in the mesh baggies and wash on delicate cycle.

This thread is very gay, but I feel the need to share my secret now

OXY Clean is the best invention ever. The powder form makes white super white and colors beam.

Really? Is that with or without bleach?

I wash whites on Cold/Cold settings.

I was EVERYTHING on cold/cold setting. There is no reason whatsoever to EVER use warm or (heaven forbid) hot cold to wash your clothing. That will only make your clothing older looking faster.

It is THE WATER itself that makes the clothing clean and the not temperature of it. The detergent is only a luge that helps the dirt particles become slippery so that the water (rinsing) can wash it away.

Remember that guys...

Also more (when it come to detergent) is not better. It is better to have ample water (meaning do not pack the washer full of clothing) than to put waaaaaaay too much detergent in your wash. I only use 1/4 of the recommended amount of detergent/softner/bleach and my clothing gets just as clean. Been doing this FOR YEARS ever since watching The Magic School bus and learning this little known fact. :) (True story... God how my girls and I used to LOVE to watch Miss Frizzle!!!)

I dunno, I have plenty of worn panties my own bad self... not really interested in sniffing another chick's coochie shmegma.

... just sayin.

Nah, it's not so bad. Sometimes when I've let the pile of dirty clothes get too big for one load, I'll separate the whites. When I do, I use bleach, and still don't see much if any improvement. I guess my cheap Sears washer, and whatever detergent du jour was on sale when I ran out, just does a good job. Doesn't hurt that we have nice soft water in my town.

oh, girl, I was about start swearing by Oxiclean! That thing is so awsome, it doesnt damage the clothes and gets everything out.

Btw, I use Cosco brand detergent. If there is some stain, I spray it with Shout or Spray`n` wash, let it soak up in warm water with Oxyclean and detergent and then wash it

there is a deference between industrial bleach and bleach you wash your close in.
I ran out of bleach once in ait so I took some from a cleaning closet...washed all my whites and when I took them out they were all mush lol

I use a fragance free detergent, all natural. turn all shirts inside out before washing. dry on the lowest of settings then a warm iron to finish it off.

If you have to scratch your ass while you're in bed, make your girlfriend lick your fingers off instead of wiping them on the sheets.

But if you'd just wipe your butt while you're on the toilet, all that could be prevented.

I love it. I even dissolved some with water in a spray bottle so I can use it for stains on the carpet. Once it even removed red wine out of there
