do you ever go over 195? when you squat?
I use to stay in the 225 range. i would do
135 for 15 warm up..
225 for 10 warm up.
225 for 20
225 for 20
finish with 185 as many as i could.. at least 20..
and i was suprised at my max being 315..
to lift heavy U have to work out with heavy weight..
