Whats your input on Jogging?

I can only do 1.4 miles and i have to stop since i'm out of shape and i get real exhuasted afterwards. I tried doing it everyday but i notice it works better for me EOD otherwise i get worse:mad: now I want to get better as soon as possible so do you think might be good idea on my jogging days to do it twice the same day like morning and at night time ? will that improve my cardio alot quicker?so far i can't get pass 1.4 miles
and takes me 13 minutes to do it it really sucks
 
I wouldnt do it twice a day EOD, instead I would just try to do it 4 days a week u pick the ones u want to jog on and stick with that. now to improve your endurance u are going to have to just push it each day try to add 1/10 of a mile to your jog, I personally hate jogging but U really have to just grind it out maybe if this is possible try riding a bike once or twice a week to help your endurance a little...well good luck:D
 
EOD is good cause u need time to recover - like the man said just go a little bit farther each time - if you are on a track just a small stretch - another thing that u can do is to run slightly faster - i always like to sprint the last bit anyway - ull suck at first but so what, change is measured in small progressions
