depends on the salad, but if there could be only one:

miso with rice vinegar and ginger (splash of oil, prolly flax these days, but depends on the greens)

in a garden salad, olive oil, salt, splash of lemon, splash of water, little bit of a creamier feta cheese (prefer bulgarian, danish is next choice), kalamata olive flesh and some thyme
