Whats your favorite UFC fight?

Pride Fighting Championships

Pride has much better fights than UFC.They dont let the fighters just lay and pray they stand them up and make them fight.Sakuraba one of the most exciting to watch. Also Vanderlei Silva is awesome .Hopefully get rematch with him and Tito soon.

It was a while ago, I think before the rules changed in the UFC. It was this guy named Pat Smith and he faught some white guy who claimed he was a ninja. The fight started and the "ninja" rushed Pat and Pat just kinda stood his ground kicked him and dropped him. Then he mounted the guy and proceeded to whale on this "ninjas" face with his elbow. Knocked out like 8 teeth and the guy had to have like over a couple hundred stiches. It was the sickest fight I have yet to see!!!!!

GREAT SHIT!!!!

I remember that fight!! it was awesome, so much blood and the guy was just laid out on the floor, Pat Smith was brutal, think it was his fists rather than his elbow, but thats a minor point. The guy claimed to be an American Ninjitsu Master, whatever American Ninjitsu is??
I think it was a very early UFC, one that Royce Gracie won.

YEAH, that is what style it was, I was tring to think of what the guy was claiming he was. And you are probably are right, it might have been his fists, but he still ripped that guy apart, didn't he (Pat Smith) go kinda far in that Tourny? I don't recall who won, but I know it was a while ago, and there was a lot of good fighters in that tourny.

There's a pic there, and it does look like it was his elbows. The pic really doesn't do it justice, you need to see a vid, it was f'in brutal!!
The guy's name is Scott Morris.
Pat Smith got to the final and lost to Royce Gracie by submission to strikes (i think Gracie was striking from a mount).
His subsequent record is pretty shite, see the link below:

It was UFC 2 if you're interested.

Yeah, holy shit seeing that pic brought it back for me, and I guess it was his elbows, but either way, he pounded that guy, and you are right, the pic does no justice at all.
Thanks for the info bro.
peace out

Morris was from Robert Bussey's Warrior International. His skills were a little suspect, but if I remember correctly, UFC 2 was a 16 man tournament, which means he actually one his first fight.

Pat Smith destroyed him with those elbow strikes. It was savage. The thing with Smith is, he can dish it out, but could never take it. Any time someone hit him he gave up. Think about it. Royce Gracie beat him with strikes. Royce doesn't hit hard at all. In fact, I think they were open hand strikes.

Another awesome KO

What about the fight with the guy from Holland named Remco. When he fought the Tai kickboxer.I thought Remco would get wased but he did a Judo throw on the dude and landed on top of him. Then he hit him in the head with like 10 elbows right to side of head and jaw.It was amazing.:mix:

Alot of people used to give me shit for cheering Abbot. but his fighting is like mine. So he may not be the most tech oriented.. but I think blow for blow.. he is the baddest.

Yeah, I have the UFC 2 on tape and Pat Smith totally destroyed Morris. :smash:

Hey, don't you like how they use to talk and show demonstrations
of all the different styles of fighting back then?
