what dosage would you recommend and how many stabs a week?

ive been doing 500/w teste and like to stay around maybe dose it up a little

depends on your stats, how many cycles you've done, what are your goals, etc..

For susta, I like to stick with 500-750 mg ew

for test cyp, I stick with 350 mg ew
