melatonin and valerian root combined will knock you out and give yousome crazy ass dreams. I wanna get a prescription for lunesta soon though if they will hook me up.
doesnt work for everyone thou, melatolin and valerian and all that other herb stuff dont do crap for me and my brother.....is either Tylenol PM or Lunesta
