idk. The big muscle right next to your hip. very few vessels and hurts less than any other site. Can use short small needles as well because there is very little skin or fat over the muscle. Popular injection site in europe i hear.

Yeah, that's the ventrogluteal injection site. That's a great spot - I use it too.

My favourite upper body spot is the lats. #2 would be outer triceps.
