What's your favorite breed of dog?

BOXERS 4 LIFE! My 3 year old companion, Lugar, wouldn't have it any other way.....strong as a fing ox too.....thinking he could box squat 3 plates.......

we've always had dogs on my father's farm: Border Collies , i bet my left nut that this dog would kick the ass of some people on this site in a non language based intelligence test. But it needs to run like I need to get laid.... and its desire for sheep herding is insatiable. INCREDIBLY loyal to the point of fixation and unbelievably brave (saved my brother's life from a charging cow by latching onto her nose when it saw her making a go for him) I love this dog but its a lot of work and attention. Its also not the prettiest dog from a looks point but its impossible not to love such a beautiful animal. I honestly prefer some of my old border collies to my own relatives...quite a lot of em come to think of it.

Spanish Water Dogs- They are adorable. Their coat reminds me of spaghetti. I don't like the ones with black coats. I only like the ones with brown coats which can become "highlighted" in the sun.

I thought you were talking about the Portuguese Water Dog and I meant to correct you but I did a search first and found probably the only breed I've never heard of. Thanks.

I love all dogs.

Right now I have two Lhasa apso's, and they are a complete trip. They are very loyal and amazingly smart. I also have a pointer and doberman mix and she is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever had. I got her from a shelter and she loves attention. Any time someone goes out in the back yard she comes running with her ball wanting to play fetch.

I have yet to meet a dog who couldn't get to me.
