I don't drink everynight I drink like 2 times a week when I have a day off from gym the next day but I will do cardio after, it doesn't effect anything, I'm still the most shredded guy around lol... I cannot for shoot lift weights hungover though lol so time your drinking nights to where you're off the next day it's that simple


CK ,i had that party gene up until i reached my 40's, man! i loved a pitcher of draft beer.finally it caught up to me , still i trained ,i reached my peak of condition twice, one was my first cycle of German Dbol(lugwigs we called em) Potent as hell ,I completely changed my physique running 19-15mgs for 5 months, ther other was at age 57 i peaked out on by Birthday doing a 502 free standing squat at 1 rep max weighig at 215 lbs!
Now i only have draft once every 2 weeks with a cheat meal , i helps to keep my sanity and the diet on track.

Now i'm 60 ,it's time to train smart not be a showboat, i still keep my range in the 400 lb bracket tho! :)
 
A drink at the weekend, or a couple of nights a week is harmless for most of us, unless your a competetive, professional bodybuilder. Maybe it's stupid on an oral cycle, but other than that it's not severely detrimental unless you take the piss and get wasted all the time.
