OK...here we go. i'm looking for all you guys and gals to post up your cardio routines. this way...we can keep it interesting and give others some ideas to mix it up.
give details:
what you do (machines, boxing, jumpin rope etc.)
how long is your routine do you mix it up
days a week (
resistance
training & cardio (same/alternate day, am/pm, pre/post workout etc)
goals (fat loss, endurance, maintenance etc.)
supplements (ephedrine, hydroxycut etc.)
