for ur traps try static holds with lots of weight. im not even talking power shrugs, just deadlift up a fuckload of weight and hold it there while standing up and having your entire body tight for a good 10 seconds if you can handle it.Phaded said:ya i do every week..
put weight down, and ur traps will be huring so bad. u can do it again. every single rep of heavy deadlifts for me i exagerate at the top and hold it for a couple seconds, and on the last rep of a set ill hold it for like 5 seconds or more. makes everything on your torso, stomach, back, traps, etc, hurt like shit
