First off congradulations on your progress, 11 pounds in your first 3 months is rather impressive. Secondly, how much bigger due you think you will look with 11 more pounds? I mean 151 lbs is not that large even on a 5'7 frame. Another thing you must remember is whenever you put on weight, it is not all muscle. Some of the weight you add is water, and some is fat, as well as muscle. The only advice i can give you is be consistent and keep going w/ your training, this is the only way you will truly see long lasting and noticeable gains. Good luck stay focused and persistent, never stop learning and you will achieve your physique goals.

By the way, how old are you?

What do you mean what's wrong?

Your arms have grown, well done - weight training can do that to you, you know.... :)

Don't be surprised if you need to put on an extra 12-15lb for each inch that your arms will grow.

Keep gaining!

If your wanting to do this naturally youve gat ta give it time. Think what youll look like in a couple of years not a couple of months. I'm 25 years old and I weight 250lbs at 5'11 and Ive been lifting for about 6 years, I figure if I keep it up and stay healthy and keep eating like I do , by the time I'm 28-30 I'll be near 300 and big as a mofo. Atleast thats what I'm gonna shoot for:D :D

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
